Active ingredient: Glimepiridum

Indications: Symglic is an oral drug reducing blood sugar level. The drug belongs to a group of medications called sulphonylurea. Symglic increases the amount of insulin produced by the pancreas. Insulin reduces blood glucose level.

Symglic is used to treat a certain type of diabetes (type 2 diabetes) when it is impossible to balance blood sugar concentration by way of diet, physical activity and reduced body weight.
